Vegan Egg salad

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300g tofu
  • 2 tsp of mustard
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • a little bit of Kala Namak (black salt)
  • 3 tbsp of vegan mayo
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp of pickled cucumber juice ( this isn´t a must)
  • fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Crumble your tofu.
  2. Add your ingredients to it apart from the chives.
  3. Add more mayo if you want it creamier and more salt if needed.
  4. Mix in the chives and serve with bread or anything you like.

Tastes amazing the next day as well!
